Corolle Knows Little Girls by Heart!

In mid-September, Corolle representatives got the first glimpse of new styles and changes for the 2011 Corolle line.

• Babicorolle, baby’s first best friend, will come boxed. The exception will be Minireves which will continue to be in 18-piece tray assortment.
• By eliminating the diaper, Corolle was able to have the age range for Emma and Paul lowered from 3 years to 2 years.
• Liberty of London prints are very popular now. In 2011, several of the dolls will feature fashions made with Liberty prints.
• The Mon Premier collection will feature two new Calin dolls and one new Tidoo doll. There will be a new Miss Corolle 14” doll that will have a slimmer body than Vanilla…very cute!
• Corolle has won more Oppenheim Platinum awards than any other toy company!

It’s hard to deny the success of branded sections in toy stores. A rep from the Northeast gave an example of a successful Corolle section. One of his stores had been grouping all doll brands by age. The store created a Corolle boutique by merchandising the Corolle dolls, accessories and fashions together in one section. To brand the section, it took advantage of many of the merchandising materials offered by Corolle. The store’s Corolle business went from flat to increases of 24% – 77% on individual styles!
